Due to the customized nature of our products, our refund policy differs from standard retail policies.

1. SAMPLE ORDERS

Sample orders may be eligible for replacement, revision, or partial refund under certain circumstances, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect specifications
- Shipping damage

2. CUSTOM PRODUCTION ORDERS

All mass production and custom packaging orders are generally non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:
- Custom printed packaging
- Branded packaging
- Customized dimensions
- Special material orders
- Custom artwork production

By approving quotations, mockups, or production files, customers acknowledge acceptance of production specifications.

3. PRODUCTION VARIATIONS

Minor variations may occur during manufacturing, including:
- Color differences
- Material texture variations
- Printing alignment tolerance
- Size tolerance
- Finishing differences

Such variations are considered standard within the packaging manufacturing industry and do not qualify as defects.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If products arrive damaged or defective, customers must notify NORVEXA within 7 business days after delivery.

Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Packaging condition images
- Detailed description

Our team will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

NORVEXA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- International logistics disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Government restrictions

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
